----------An inquiry from Trice ----------
ReplyDeleteHi,
I hold a z visa that will expire on 1 June.
I will go back to Italy at the end of March and will be back at the END of June, so my z visa will be expired. If i get a short term (one-month) visa in Italy is it then possible to extent this to a six-month multiple entry visa here in beijing? How much is it?
Or maybe better get an invitation letter from you?
Please let me know the options.
thank you very much
Hi, William,
ReplyDeletePlease send me a price for an f visa extension up to 3 or 6 months

Linda
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI'm currently on a z visa which expires early May. The company has disappeared while I've been travelling. The agent who helped then has disappeard too. Here are some questions for you:
(a) How can I renew it?
(b) How can I get an F visa without a clearance letter/termination letter?
(c) Do I need to go to H-ongKong for the F?
Looking forward to your reply
Thank you
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteHi, Trice ,
Yeah, it's OK if you get a short term (one-month) visa in Italy and then extent this to a six-month multiple entry visa here in beijing by our help.
And also, there's another way for your visa solution, you could extend your Employment Liscense and Resident Permit in Beijing, before you back to Italy at the end of March.
You should pay only ¥1200 (including the goverment fee).
¥1200,depands on whether or not you could submit completed materials from your company, including your company's business license copy, a letter of recommendation,etc.
Generally speaking you can only get it renewed one month in advance, if two months, your company should give you a application form, and also you should attach your e-ticket of your scheduled flight.
If you have no company materials, it'll be more complex. And the service fee will be ¥1200+¥8300 (including the goverment fee). Furthermore, if you have no original Diploma, should plus ¥2300; if no 2-year work experiences, plus ¥2300.
And, I could give you another choice for this.
1) We could give you a invitation letter (¥600), and you should enter into China within 3 months;
2) After enter, you could stay in China for one month, and we will help you to get a F-visa-12-month, it will cost you ¥1600; F-visa-6-months, ¥900;
3) Besides, you should pay the goverment fee for ¥425;
After all, the total fee is: ¥600+¥1600+¥425=¥2625
How about this way? Why not visit our office for detailed communications? Our office is located at Dongzhimen, you could take Subway Line 2.
Hope to see you and help you.

ReplyDeleteHi,Pinny,
Thank you so much for your inquiry, I give you some advises with regard to your following three questions:
(a) How can I renew it?
---You could extend your Employment Liscense and Resident Permit in Beijing, before your visa get expired. You should pay only ¥1200 (including the goverment fee) for this. But, this is only on the condition of that you could submit completed materials from your company, including your company's business license copy, a letter of recommendation,etc. As you said your company has disappeared? If so, we could help you to issue these materials, but it would plus ¥8300.So totally, the fee will be ¥1200+¥8300=¥9500 (including the goverment fee).
Furthermore, if you have no original Diploma, should plus ¥2300; if no 2-year work experiences, plus ¥2300.
(b) How can I get an F visa without a clearance letter/termination letter?(c) Do I need to go to HongKong for the F?
There's impossible for you to get F visa without a invitation letter. And you have to go to HK for the F visa. Anyway, I suggest you take this way---
1) We could give you an invitation letter (it cost you ¥600RMB), and you should enter into China within 3 months since the issue day of the letter;
2) After enter, you could stay in China for one month, meanwhile, we could help you to get a F-visa-12-month, it will cost you ¥1200; or a F-visa-6-months, ¥800;
3) Besides, you should pay for the goverment fee ¥635 for 12-month, ¥425 for 6-month;
After all, the total fee is: ¥600+¥800+¥425=¥1825 (6-month); ¥600+¥1200+¥635=¥2435 (12-month).
After all, what's your choice? ---A. ¥1200+¥8300=¥9500? or B. ¥600+¥800+¥425=¥1825 (6-month)? or C. ¥600+¥1200+¥635=¥2435 (12-month)?
If you have any question, pls don't hesitate to call me at my mobile: 13810620497.

ReplyDeleteHello, Ziad,
According to the up-dated policies, maybe Palestinian is really different from other country. So, you could not go to Hongkong with your Palestinian passport. But sitll, cause there is no visan on you Jordanian passport, so also no possible to use it to HK.
After all, I suggest you to ask the following authorities to confirm:
1. the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the Hong Kong SAR.
You can visit the following website for more detailed information:
http://www.fmcoprc.gov.hk/eng/zgqz/bgfwxx/default.htm
Tel- Enquiry:
24 hour Recorded Visa Information Service: 852-34132300
Live Answering Telephone: 852-34132424 (available at 10:00-11:00am, 3:00-4:00pm on workdays)
2.the branch department of Hongkong & Macao in Jinan, Shandong.
But I don't know the phone number or anything else. You can search for it.
And also, you can search some visa agencies in Hongkong, maybe they can help you.
How much for F to F extension, six month multiple?
ReplyDeleteI am from Moldova. In Shenzhen.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteThe rates will vary from nation to nation. For Moldova citizens in China, F-F-6-multiple: 2300(Service fee)+869(Government)=3169; F-F-6-2-time entry: 2300+662=2962.
And, For woman under 28 years old, should add 1000RMB for your extension. But if she is married, no need for it.
After all, because you are not in Beijing, so you have to pay additional 300RMB for the "Temporary Residence Registration临时住宿证明" in Beijing.
Thank you so much for your inquiry. Good Luck!
Urgently!

Hi William,
ReplyDeleteI am currently on a L visa and have all the documents together from my company to convert it to a Z visa with my company. I read here that i have to leave PRC to do this and so plan on going to HK. Can you confirm that HK will process my visa even though i am not an HK resident (UK passport holder)?
Thanks,
Christie

ReplyDeleteHello,Christie,
If you really do "have all the documents together from my company to convert it to a Z visa with my company", you can convert you L visa to Z visa easily just in Chinese Mainland, no need to go for HK. You could send an Email to me:William.Crown@Gmail.com, I could reply with some materials to you.
Thank you so much for your trust.
William
Hello,
ReplyDeleteI am an American Citizen living and working in Beijing, I currently hold an F-Visa, valid until the 15th of May 2009, I am looking to extend it for one year, or, if not possible convert it to a Z Visa for a period of no less than one year, most important to me though is knowing the cost of each service.
1) How much does it cost to extend the F Visa for as long as possible, with as many entries as possible?
2) how much would it cost to convert it to a Z Visa, i am in perfect health and and am 25 years old?
Thank you
Reply to:Anonymous
ReplyDeleteHello,
1. F-F extension, become more restrict from April 15th,2009. Only can extend to 6-month with 2 times entries, and can only extend to Sep 15th, maybe this restrict is because of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, which is schedule on Oct. 1st (then will be a great ceremony activity in Beijing).
After all, be it F-F-extension, for your UK case: 6-month(up to Sep 15th as I said), ¥800(Service fee)+¥940(Government charge)=1740RMB.
2. F-Z need more materials, so if you company can provide the required materials for you? If yes, you should pay:
1)Apply for "work permit = 外国人就业许可证”:¥400;
2)L-Z:¥4400;
3)“working license = 外国人就业证”:¥400;
4)“居留许可(Residence Permit)”:¥800
So, totally, you should pay ¥6000, which will assure you to stay and work in China for 12-month. But, if NO (required materials), the fee will be higher a lot.
For any questions, you can contact me by the following ways.
Thank you for your efficient, timely and secure service in obtaining Chinese Visas for our family vacation. Through my company, for business, I have obtained numerous visas over the past few years elsewhere and at a much higher service cost. I was a little reluctant to choose any service for this over the internet. Your website was good, and your next day answers to my emailed questions gave me confidence. Your confirmation of receipt of the passports and paperwork, notification of delivery and then on-time delivery of the passports with visas was both proper and perfect. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional and cost-effective company.

Hi
ReplyDeleteI am on Z-visa in Beijing for few years. My employment with the company that has arranged my (and my wife) Z-visas ended lately, and I am trying to find a new job so that could continue to stay in Beijing.
However, if I do not succeed to find a new job from employer that could support with work permit and Z-visa,
what options (if any) I would have to continue to keep my home in Beijing until I have found a new job?
